Casey is the Vice President of ECTS and is a Senior Associate at the law firm,
Hand Arendall Harrison Sale. Casey is a member of the firm’s
Condominium and Homeowners Association and
Real Estate,
Business and Transactional Law Groups.
Casey’s practice is based on years of experience in the areas of community associations, real estate, business and transactional law. Her career includes general community association representation, as well as contracts, business law, real estate, and civil and commercial litigation in both Florida and Alabama. She was admitted to the Alabama Bar in 1999, and to the Florida Bar in 2006.
Upon completing her Bachelor’s degree from University of Alabama, Casey went directly to law school and upon graduation clerked two terms for the Honorable Sharon Lovelace Blackburn, United States District Judge, Northern District of Alabama. Casey practiced law for several years in Birmingham, Alabama, before relocating to Santa Rosa Beach.
Casey is a member of the Florida Bar, Alabama Bar, Okaloosa County Bar Association and the Walton County Bar Association.
Casey and her husband, Andy, have two young sons, Anderson and Berkeley. They enjoy the many outdoor activities along the Emerald Coast, and, you will definitely find them watching college football in the fall.
